A message from Brendan
HDR Light Studio user Brendan McCaffrey is a digital artist currently based in Las Palmas, Spain. An industrial design graduate of NCAD, Dublin, he produces key art and illustrations for video games, toys and products, notably, the Need for Speed & Moto GP series, GI Joe, Hot Wheels and Star Wars Battlefront. His passion for product and vehicle design coupled with his early influences from sci-fi artists like Syd Mead, Chris Foss and Tim White has been an important driving force in his work. Learning through constant observation and experimentation has kept him as excited about his craft as when he first started 25 years ago. Check out his website and learn more about him here: www.bmcaff.com
Brendan will be at the HDR Light Studio booth on 28th Feb providing portfolio reviews for 3D artists. Limited availability.
Brendan is also presenting at Vertex - The Nitty Gritty of Digital Illustration, providing an in-depth look at the finer points of the pipeline of a freelance digital artist and how to optimize workflow, select and use tools to get the best possible results in the least amount of time. Focusing on Maya, V-Ray, HDR light Studio and post-production software.
