By downloading or using the provided images (“Licensed Material”), you (“Licensee”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Grant of License

Lightmap Ltd (“Licensor”) grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Material for the purpose of lighting computer-generated images (CGI) in their own projects, subject to the restrictions outlined in this agreement.

2. Permitted Use

• The Licensed Material may only be used for personal or professional projects involving CGI lighting.
• The Licensed Material is provided for the Licensee’s sole use.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee shall not:

1. Redistribute: Share, distribute, or make the Licensed Material available to others in any form, whether for free or for sale.
2. Modify and Resell: Edit, alter, or transform the Licensed Material in any way for the purpose of sale or redistribution.
3. Commercial Redistribution: Sell or offer the Licensed Material, or any derivative works based on the Licensed Material, as standalone assets or as part of a package.
4. Mass Distribution: Upload, publish, or otherwise distribute the Licensed Material through online platforms, peer-to-peer networks, or any other means.

4. Ownership

• All intellectual property rights in and to the Licensed Material remain the exclusive property of Lightmap Ltd.
• No ownership rights are transferred to the Licensee under this agreement.

5. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if the Licensee breaches any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Licensed Material and destroy all copies in their possession.

6. Disclaimer

The Licensed Material is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Lightmap Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Licensed Material.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
